How long should I expect my shipment to take?
Although we carry a large inventory, we may not have your item in stock or in the quantity ordered. These items have to be ordered from the manufacturer/vendor before we can send them out.
NOTE: If an item you ordered is not in stock you will be contacted by email the day you placed the order (Before 5pm EST) M-F.
In Stock Items:
• If an order is placed BEFORE 1pm (EST) we will ship out the order that day.
• If an order is placed AFTER 1pm (EST) we will ship the order the next day.
Processing Order Status:
• If your order status reads "Processing Order," your order will ship in 1-3 business days from our warehouse. If there are any changes to the status of your order, you will be notified by email.
Temporarily Out of Stock Items:
• These Items are currently not in our warehouse and have to be ordered. You will be given a lead-time through email. If you do not receive an email please contact us.
